I think I’m going to pee myself. I’m watching the last minute of play in the Rose Bowl with the Texas Longhorns trying to make one of the most nail-biting comebacks I’ve seen a long time.

Trailing by 24 points in the third quarter, the Longhorns have been maintaining their cool and letting Vince Young do his thing. While the defense has been plagued with injuries — including one broken arm and a number of players out with leg cramps — the Young led offense are definitely showing their determination.

With roughly 20 seconds left, Young walked in the go ahead touchdown. The following 2 point conversion put the Longhorns ahead by 3.

As I write this last bit, USC came extremely close to putting the ball in field goal range but a missed pass has let the clock run out and the Texas Longhorn are the national champions. Great way to close out an undefeated regular season I’d say.

Congrats Longhorns, you deserve it!

I watched the last quarter. Great great game, great comeback and the best college quarterback I’ve ever seen.

Absolutely. Young will be back next year as well — at least that’s what he’s telling people now. Maybe by then I’ll be able to check out a game live ;^)

Young’s going straight to the NFL, no question about it.

I don’t know Paul, if he does another year at UT and it’s as stellar as this one was he could make way more cash.
