My last post on Vision for Life may seem like a bit of a downer for some people. In an effort to give everyone a better idea of my progress I’ve decided to create some visual aids.

Included in the program is an eye chart. This is used for a couple different exercises and will also be the basis for my visual progress aids.

The beginning

Unfortunately I didn’t think of this earlier so we’ll have to use today as the starting point — even though I’ve been using the program for roughly two weeks. Regardless, this is how one line of the eye chart looks with the aid of corrective lenses.

After exercising my eyes for 13 days this is what the same line of the eye chart looks like from approximately three feet away. I should mention this is actually an improvement from the first week where this line was pretty much blurry blobs — at the beginning I had trouble with the top line which still isn’t crystal clear but much better than the first week.

It’s tough to truly and accurately show exactly how I see the chart but this should at least give you an idea of my progress with Vision for Life, obviously your progress may differ.

Hey Mike! Awesome, I’m so happy for you.
I should give this a try.
My vision is very bad as it is.
And maybe it’ll help me stang reading the blogs of my friends who have white text on black background.
OMG, that just kills my eyes.
Sometimes, I confess that’s one of the reasons I don’t go read them.

LOL Am I mean for being like that? No but seriously, it kills my eyes.
May have to try this indeed.

    :-)
Hope you’re having a great weekend!

White text on a black background is just bad design (interestingly enough so is completely black text on a completely white background). Tell your friends to make the text a light grey colour instead.

As far as giving the program a try, if that’s something you want to do go for it. It is a win-win with the guarantee they have.
