It’s been 11 days since I started the Vision for Life program to improve my vision. At this point I can safely say that the testimonials on the website worked.

After reading through the website and hearing how the program has helped others I was excited to see how it would work for me. Unfortunately I may have hyped myself up a little bit too much, which explains why I say that the testimonials had their intended purpose.

It’s not at all bad though. I have noticed some improvements, just not as much as I expected. To be totally honest though, the Vision for Life program was not promoted as a miracle cure. There are some tips that I haven’t followed due to money constraints — ie., updating my eye-wear prescription — so I should expect to see miraculous results.

One exercise in particular I’m having some trouble with involves focusing on distant objects. I’m not sure if squinting is allowed or frowned upon, I’ll have to look into that. If anyone has any thoughts — other than squinting — on how to shift focus to a distant object I’d love to hear it

At this point I’m still positive about the program. As I mentioned, I can see improvement in my vision and at times I’ll get headaches from wearing my contact too long — you know, like the ones you get from wearing glasses that are stronger than you need — so I’ve started taking my contacts out sooner.

If you’ve still got good vision but are noticing any type of deterioration I’d suggest testing out Vision for Life, they’ve got a 6 month money back guarantee which is a win-win any way you look at it.
