I guess I’m not autistic

Through Ethan’s site I was pointed to the Wired AQ test. For fun I thought I would give it a go. My score after answering all 50 questions? 11. Turns out I’m not so autistic.

    Hi, my name is Sarah. My parents took me to the docter and they said I was autistic. I wasnt sure if it was true or not. I had me very depressed though, because at the docters they lied alot. So again I wasnt sure. I think my stepmom just wanted something to use against me, that I wasnt capable. I think that they could have done the same for you. Although it helped me to understand others better, I know that sounds wierd. I don’t think people should be labeled like that. I never talk to anyone about it because I was ashamed. I know that people who are autistic are very excelled in certain areas, and I am not good at anything really. I took the test too, I got a 15. It was really nice to express my feelings, and I hope I didnt say or should I say write anything that offended you. Thanks again for listening

    Sarah, it’s unfortunate to hear about the doctors your parents took you to. Sounds like someone should make a phone call and have those particular doctors investigated.

    On a brighter note, I’m glad that you got to express your feelings and I’m especially happy that you found it an enjoyable exercise.
