Google interesting-ness
February 10th, 2006
The other day I was checking out my stats for the Screenflicker Developments blog and noticed an interesting search term that someone had used to find my site.
I was actually pretty amazed that my site showed up as the top result for this particular search since there should be so many more instances of it on much better sites. The search term was “jedi coder” — and yes, they did include the quotes in their search.
What really amazed me was that not only did the SF blog make the number one spot but this blog managed a page 3 appearance for the same search. These sites are both shown above a website with an address of jedicoder.net. How does that grab ya?

Girlspoke Drunkcast™ 7
Sexy Lexie, my internet crush, is at it again over at Girlspoke.com. The latest Girlspoke Drunkcast™ Take Seven — otherwise known as the crapcast — is ready to be devoured by the masses.
Take note that these Drunkcasts™ are not for the faint of heart nor are they for small children.
Business Logs take on Intel iBook
Another quick note, Mike Rundle echo’s my thoughts on the rumored Intel iBooks. No Firewire? Apple would be completely nuts to try a stunt like that.
Look out kids, TUG.n has changed…
December 8th, 2005
…finally. Colin and I have been working on it steady for the last 3 days — not counting the months we’ve spent coming up with the design, deciding on what features to include, and work on our regular load of client work.
It’s been a long ride but it’s totally worth it, believe me. Anyone have anything they want to say about the new TUG.n website feel free to email Colin or I and we’ll pretend to answer it ;^)
My first Google video is now online

Well kids, I may not be the best director in the world but Google video has approved my first video upload. This is going to be a fun service to play around with.
I met famous people

I’m sure it’s not that big a deal to some people and really I’m not that much of a fanboy but when you’re talking about a couple guys like Sam Rockwell and Jeremy Renner you’ve got to get a little excited.
The beginning of the story is here. A couple of the pictures can be seen on my Flickr page.
