Has it really been 17 weeks already?! Wow, this has got to be the second longest commitment I’ve made in recent memory. That statement may not be entirely true but it sure is close, the other long term commitments would involve sports and school — which shouldn’t really count because school is a completely different creature all together. The Diet: Week 16 weigh in

Last week I mentioned that exercise has become a regular activity or, to clarify that thought, regular physical activities have become a part of my routine now. I know, I know, you’re all probably waiting anxiously for me to write up something about my big cross country trek. I’m not sure how much I’ll write or when I’ll get to it but I did take a bunch of videos which I’m thinking of putting up here instead of writing all about it. We’ll see if I can get some time to edit out the bad bits and get those online soon.

Anyway, on to today’s topic/story. As you all know I’m now in North Eastern Pennsylvania and I’ve been the guest of Colin and Eliza pretty much the entire time I’ve been here so far (thanks guys). This is mostly due to the fact that my apartment is not ready yet (I find out today what’s going on with that) and there is no internet access where I am staying. Well, this weekend Colin and Eliza had plans out of town and I was left to my own devices. Here is what happened.

The Diet: Week 15 weigh in

Ah, it’s good to be back after taking over a month off of the diet due to my little moving drama. Not only did I forget to weigh in or not have a scale at my disposal but I also indulged far too often in the practice of eating out and choosing some very questionable foods when I did so.
